Hot tub steps are essential to many home spas. They make getting in and out of the hot tub easier.

Liability

In the litigious society that we all live in you need to consider your hot tub steps in terms of your exposure to accidents that may occur on them.  Your hot tub steps may become damp.  Therefore, you should post a sign that warns that condition.  Your hot tub steps may be made of a material that can burn in the summer or can splinter.  In fact, they may simply be a liability you cannot afford.
